1. Acceptance
By using Alfred or being a member of a server where Alfred is installed, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Alfred.
2. The service
Alfred is operated by ESE Collective (run by AwakenMini) for the ESE Collective Discord server. It posts updates, runs polls, tracks replies and helps with moderation.
3. Acceptable use
Do not abuse, spam, exploit or attempt to disrupt Alfred, and do not use it to break Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, which also apply.
4. Moderation
Alfred may flag, remove messages or apply moderation actions according to server rules set by server administrators.
5. Availability
Alfred is provided "as is" and "as available," free of charge, without warranties of any kind. It may change, pause or stop at any time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ESE Collective is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of Alfred.

8. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
