In servers where Alfred is added, Alfred can read message content, member information (such as usernames, IDs and roles) and poll responses.
How we use it
Only to post updates, run polls, track replies and help moderate the server. Nothing else.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties, except where required by law.
Retention
We keep the minimum data needed, for as short a time as needed. Poll results and moderation notes are kept only while useful to the server, then deleted.
Your choices
You can leave the server at any time, and you may ask us to delete data associated with your Discord account by contacting us.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect data, but no system is perfectly secure.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the effective date when we do.
